About the Role:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with the potential to earn extra income on the weekends.
- Monday to Friday work week, 9:00am to 5:00pm with some flexibility.

- Centrally located Whistler office with a positive atmosphere.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Administratively strong with experience in a similar industry (ie: immigration, legal fields).
- Professional, personable with a positive attitude.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail (a must!).
- Able to work independently and unsupervised. Takes initiative, motivated self-starter and proactive.
- Manages well in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, handling multiple tasks through the process in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with our clients.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and database management programs.
- Must be tech savvy and able to troubleshoot and resolve technological issues.
- High level of respect for confidentiality.
- Must have reliable vehicle and driver’s license.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage client management systems and internal booking calendar
- Liaise with vendors and/or community partners
- Respond to prospective clients and following up with them
- Direct communication with full-service clients to obtain relevant documentation for specific applications.
- Preparing clients for their initial consultation and residency applications.
- Complete relevant forms for the immigration application.
- Manage a small amount of inventory at the office.
- Provide general administrative support to both the Whistler and Vancouver teams.
